Traffic on U.S. 27 is scheduled to shift onto a temporary bridge over the Fenholloway River east of Perry the week of July 21 while the existing bridge is removed and a new bridge is constructed.
A temporary metal bridge currently under construction to the south of the existing bridge will carry traffic over the Fenholloway allowing the roadway to remain open to traffic during the construction of the new bridge. The speed limit will be reduced to 45 mph.
