Sadler files lawsuit against city council

Spurned city candidate William Carl Sadler Sr. is taking his case to the next level, filing a lawsuit against the members of the Perry City Council and asking a judge to force them to qualify him as a candidate for the upcoming Primary Election.

In the complaint filed Friday afternoon, July 11, Sadler’s attorney (Sally Jean Roberts) requested an emergency hearing be scheduled.
