Terry Mathis, 70, of Perry, died Sunday, July 20, 2014, at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Gainesville.

A celebration of life services will be held Wednesday, July 23, at 11 a.m. at Crosspoint Fellowship Baptist Church in Perry with Pastor Eddie Pridgeon officiating.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 23, from 10 a.m. until time of service at Crosspoint Fellowship Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Point of Grace Christian School. All arrangements are under the care of Joe P. Burns Funeral Home.
