Voter registration books close July 28

Election officials remind residents that this coming Monday, July 28, is the final deadline to register to vote or make any party changes for the upcoming Primary Election. Once registration books close, only updates to a voter’s name, address and signature can be made, Supervisor of Elections Dana Southerland said. The primary election will be held Tuesday, Aug. 26.
