A candidate forum hosted by the Taylor County Development Authority and Chamber of Commerce attracted a number of city and county residents Thursday night, including Rick Gardner, left. He spoke with participating candidates Alan Hall (center) and David Sullivan, who are seeking the open Dist. 4 and Dist. 5 seats respectively.
