Man high on ‘spice’ vows he will ‘make Perry famous’

Two additional incidents linked to spice (synthetic cannabis) have been reported in the city and law enforcement officials continue to warn the public to beware.

The first incident occurred Thursday night, Aug. 7, when Perry Police Department officers were called to a residence where a man was “destroying” everything in the home.
