Sewer fee discussion postponed again

The Perry City Council once again postponed its discussion of the $14.95 sewer maintenance fee charged to residents in the Pine Ridge subdivision, with Mayor Daryll Gunter stating Tuesday he was awaiting an opinion from the Attorney General regarding whether or not he could vote on the issues (as he resides in the impacted area).

The council was to consider a citizen’s request to repeal the fee.
