Perry man faces child porn charges

A Perry man is facing more than a dozen felony counts related to child pornography and remains out on bail while his court case is pending.

Ernest Franklin Jones, 39, was first arrested June 12 and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography following an investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). He posted a $30,000 bond and was released.
