City not backing down on vehicle impoundment, fines for ‘spice’ citations

The sale and distribution of synthetic cannabis, also known as spice, is an ongoing issue the Perry Police Department grapples with on an almost daily basis.

Just this week, a resident who had apparently taken the drug called 911 for and it took four police officers to subdue him when they arrived at the scene.
