Lee Roy Morgan, 89, of Perry, died Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014, at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in Tallahassee following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 11 a.m. at Athena Baptist Church with David McMullen officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, Sept. 2, from 6-8 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions can be made to Florida Baptist Children’s Home or the Athena Baptist Church Building Fund.
