Buckeye skyline adds 100-ft. tower

Buckeye’s skyline has changed slightly with the weekend addition of a new purification tower on the north end of the manufacturing facility.

The 100-foot-long, eight-foot diameter pressure vessel was transported from Chattanooga, Tenn., on a 13-axle tractor-trailer and then lifted into the vertical position March 16 with two large rental cranes.
