NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Third Judicial Circuit, in and for Taylor County, Florida, Case No. 2013-CA-000078, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and CAROLYN TOY a/k/a CAROLYN G. TOY and Any Unknown Tenant in Possession, Defendants and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against named defendants to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Taylor County, Florida:
Lot 27, Dark Island Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 105, of the Public Records of Taylor County, Florida.
Property Address: 22205 South Gulfview Drive, Perry, FL 32348
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of September, 2014, on the front steps of the Taylor County Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida.
