Chamber makes final cut in county’s proposed budget

The Taylor County Commission gave its final approval to a $45.6 million 2014-15 county budget during a public hearing held Monday.

The board tentatively approved the budget last week during its first budget hearing. The only change made this week was the inclusion of a $5,000 contribution to the Perry- Taylor County Chamber of Commerce.
