TCHS baseball falls to Valdosta

The visiting Taylor County High baseball team fell to Valdosta (Ga.) High Tuesday 8-4, ending a winning streak that spanned 8 games.

The Bulldogs jumped on top early as La’Darian Smiley walked to lead off the game, then stole second. Daniel Wentworth (2-3, 3 RBIs) then drove in the speedy Smiley with a double to put TCHS on top 1-0.
