City holds final hearing on tax, water rate hikes

The Perry City Council will hold its final public hearing Tuesday on its proposed 2014-15 budget that includes a 27.72 percent property tax increase as well as an increase in water rates.

The hearing will be held at the council chamber, located adjacent to City Hall, starting at 5:30 p.m.
