Perry Councilwoman Venita Woodfaulk questioned the integrity of City Manager Bob Brown and 40-year city veteran Barney Johnson (public works director) during discussions held Tuesday night.
The debate stemmed from a citizen-driven campaign to have speed bumps installed in the Belair and Spring Heights neighborhoods.
