Cynthia Denise Green, 53, of Valdosta, died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, at Lake Haven Nursing Home in Valdosta.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 10 a.m. at Carlton Cemetery in Perry with Bro. Darrell Jones officiating.

Memorial contributions can be made to any local Alzheimer’s Association.
