City’s stance: ‘Trust but validate’

Duke Energy first brought Taylor County to BioNitrogen’s attention as it helped the company search for potential plant sites in Florida.

“They had vetted them and introduced them to us,” City Manager Bob Brown said on the heels of last Friday’s joint workshop between city and county elected officials with chief officers of the company.
