The Perry City Council will hold a special meeting Thursday to consider its next move regarding the BioNitrogen project, which currently remains in limbo following the arrest of its now-former chief financial officer/president Sept. 15 on an unrelated grand theft charge.
The meeting will begin at 5 p.m., in the council chambers (located adjacent to City Hall).
