United Way team announces $275,00 goal for Taylor County

The 2014-15 Taylor County United Way campaign is officially underway after its annual kick-off breakfast Tuesday morning, with volunteers working to reach this year’s fund-raising goal of $275,000.

The goal was announced by Campaign Team Member Scott Barton, who also chairs the local allocation team, which determines which agencies receive the funds and how much.
