Holton drops Brown from lawsuit

U.S. District Judge Robert L. Hinkle issued an order Thursday, Oct. 1, supporting a motion from local business owner Tonya Holton dismissing claims against City Manager Bob Brown in the federal lawsuit she has filed against the City of Perry.
Brown was previously named individually in the lawsuit.
