Criminal case dismissed against BioNitrogen executive Kornegay

The criminal case against BioNitrogen executive Bryan Kornegay, who is currently on a leave of absence from the company, has been dropped.

Tenth Judicial Circuit Chief Assistant State Attorney Brian Haas in Bartow confirmed Thursday that the case has been “concluded” and that “restitution to the victim has been made in full.”
