Andy Curtis Jolley, 48, of Perry, died Oct. 25, 2014.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, Oct. 27, at 2 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery with Jason Holden officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. at the cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to his family in his memory.
