The two newest members of the Perry City Council are making their voices heard, with their latest input calling into question how the police chief is hired and casting doubt on the efficiency of some city workers.
Councilwomen Shirlie Hampton and Ventia Woodfaulk both took their seats last fall and have dived in to share concerns they have received from voters in their respective districts.
