Former TTI finance manager arrested for $100,000 theft

A 25-year veteran employee with the Taylor County School District was arrested Thursday and charged with three counts of grand theft after she was linked to the theft of more than $100,000 from Taylor Technical Institute (TTI) accounts.

Leeann P. Tomlinson, 53, was taken into custody at her home and booked at the Taylor County Jail. She posted a $7,500 bond and was released the same day.
