DMH EMS readies its new ambulance for Steinhatchee

Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is poised to launch its newest ambulance, which will be stationed in Steinhatchee to replace the existing unit there.

DMH applied for and received a state grant last year to fund the purchase of the new ambulance, which follows two other units purchased by the hospital (through grants) and put into service in February 2012.
