BIG BEND WATER AUTHORITY

As required by Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, notice is being given that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Big Bend Water Authority (Authority) will hold its regular meetings for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2015 at the Authority office, 1313 1st Avenue SE, Steinhatchee, Florida, at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of every month as follows:

May 28, 2015

July 23, 2015
August 27, 2015
September 24, 2015

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with Florida law.  A copy of a meeting agenda may be obtained at the meeting or, prior to a meeting, by contacting Jo Hiers at 352-498-3576 or by visiting the Authority office at 1313 1st Avenue SE, Steinhatchee, Florida.  A meeting, or any agenda item considered at a meeting, may be continued to a date and time certain to be announced at the meeting and noticed.  This notice may be subject to change.

Jefferson St, Perry, Florida. A Public Hearing and Final Reading on Ordinance No. 942 is scheduled for January 13, 2015 in the City Council Regular Meeting Room located at 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The public hearing may be continued to a future date at the meeting, without further legal notice advertisement in the local newspaper.
