North Florida Community College is partnering with Shannon McCook of Danceology from Live Oak for a “community production” of “The Nutcracker” by Dance Alive National Ballet on Sunday, Dec. 14, at NFCC’s Van H. Priest Auditorium.
Area dance students have been practicing for weeks to share the stage with Dance Alive National Ballet, considered one of the most distinguished and creative ballet companies in the Southeast. Based in Gainesville, Dance Alive National Ballet is led by Artistic Director Kim Tuttle and Choreographer-in-Residence Judy Skinner.
