3 charged in theft ring

Three young men, including a 14-year-old teenager, were arrested on numerous felony charges stemming from their involvement in a rash of vehicle burglaries within the city limits.

Information from a concerned citizen helped Perry Police Department (PPD) Det. Sgt. Gene Franklin and Det. Dwright Norris develop a case against David Ritchie, 21; Ryan Arieux, 18; and Alex Greene, 14; for grand theft while armed and burglary (of a vehicle).
