Mandalay boat ramp closes Jan. 5

Aucilla River’s Williams Fish Camp Landing boat ramp, more commonly referred to as the Mandalay boat ramp, is expected to be closed for nearly two months while crews work on improvements to the facility.

According to county officials, the ramp will be closed beginning Monday, Jan. 5, through the end of February due to “either work directly on the boat ramp or because of required erosion control that will restrict access.”
