Jerry Lewis Clayton Sr., 57, of Perry, died on Thursday, January 8, 2015.

Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, at 11 a.m. at Antioch M.B. Church. Internment will follow at Springhill Cemetery.

Family members will receive friends Friday, Jan. 16, from 5-7 p.m. at Restoration Faith Center.

Evans-Walker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
