Robert Norman “Papa” Foskey Sr., 83, of Perry, died Jan. 15, 2015, at his home surrounded by loved ones.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 18, at 2 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Dustin Ricketson officiating.  Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Perry.

The family will receive friends Saturday, Jan. 17, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
