Commissioners accused of treason

The Taylor County Commission was accused of treason against the U.S. Constitution Tuesday night for the county’s Vision 2060 plan as well as its membership in the Florida Association of Counties (FAC) and the National Association of Counties (NACO).

Local resident Neil Rice, who unsuccessfully ran for a commission seat in 2012, addressed the board at Tuesday’s meeting during the public comment segment.
