Free movie night at elementary school Jan. 27

Taylor County Elementary School will host a movie night for students Tuesday, Jan. 27, in conjunction with its annual Academic Parent Teacher Team (APTT) meeting.

“Come to your child’s classroom from 5:30-7 p.m. and meet with teachers to understand student performance data, set academic goals for improvement and experience fun ways to help your child learn,” school officials invited.

“While you meet with teachers, students will enjoy an outdoor movie and popcorn. Students will be voting on the movie choice at school and the movie title will be revealed at the event.”
