Notice is hereby given, that the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida will hold a Public Hearing, on the passage of a proposed Ordinance which amends Ordinance Nos. 2000-10, 2004-08 and 2005-3, which created the special water and sewer district in the area of the unincorporated Taylor Coastal Community. The Public Hearing shall be held at the Board of County Commission Meeting Room, Taylor County Courthouse Annex, Old Post Office Building in Perry, Florida, at the regular board meeting on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015, at 6:15 P.M. The title of the proposed Ordinance is:
AN ORDINANCE WHICH AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 2000-10, 2004-08 AND ORDINANCE NO. 2005-3 WHICH CREATED THE SPECIAL WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT IN THE AREA OF UNINCORPORATED TAYLOR COASTAL COMMUNITY, TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE THAT DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REQUESTED, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, located at the Taylor County Courthouse, Perry, Taylor County, Florida.
All members of the public are welcome to attend. Notice is further hereby given, pursuant to Florida Statute 286.0105, that any person or persons deciding to appeal any matter considered at this Public Hearing will need a record of the hearing and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
