Wanda Lee Frasher, born at Foley on Nov. 18, 1928, died of lung cancer in Beckley, W.Va., Jan. 25, 2015, at Bower’s Hospice.

Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 30, 6 to 8 p.m. and funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015, at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, W.Va. She will be buried beside Robert in the A.J. Frasher Cemetery, Lick Creek Road in Wayne County, W.Va.
