‘I thank God every day that I’m here to fight’

When rescue workers rushed to Deputy Robert Lundy’s side, he was concerned about only one thing: his girls…wife, Kelly, and daughters Emily and Allison.

One year later, his family continues to be his main focus. Not the long road to recovery he is on for the life-threatening injuries he sustained. Not the fight more surgeries will bring.
