    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 1400029CAC of the Circuit Court of the Third Judicial Circuit in and for Taylor County, Florida, wherein Citifinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Christina Mathers a/k/a Christina L. Mathers a/k/a

    NOTICE OF FILING OF INTERAGENCY BANK MERGER ACT APPLICATION
    Notice is hereby given that Citizens State Bank, 2000 South Byron Butler Parkway, Perry, Florida 32348 has submitted an application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Atlanta, Georgia for its approval to sell the assets and divest the liabilities with respect to its branch office located at 424 West Base Street, Madison, Florida 32340 to Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union, 1825 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida 32348. Following the Madison branch sale, it is contemplated that Citizens State Bank will continue to operate its other office locations and the Madison office will be operated as a branch office of Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union.
    This Notice is published pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
    Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments, in writing, with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office located at 10 Tenth Street, NE, Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3906 before processing of the application has been completed.  Processing will be completed no earlier than the 30th day following the first required publication.     AND NOTIFY THE PUBLIC  OF THE POSSIBLE GRANT
    SUBMISSION TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY,
    FEMA HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM REQUESTING
    FUNDING  ASSISTANCE FOR THE PURCHASE AND
    INSTALLATION OF A GENERATOR SYSTEM AT DOCTORSí
    MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TO ENSURE THE CONTINUITY OF
    OPERATIONS DURING AN EMERGENCY OR DISASTER EVENT.
    THIS WILL BE THE ONLY  PUBLIC HEARING FOR THIS PROJECT.
