Notice is hereby given that Citizens State Bank, 2000 South Byron Butler Parkway, Perry, Florida 32348 has submitted an application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Atlanta, Georgia for its approval to sell the assets and divest the liabilities with respect to its branch office located at 424 West Base Street, Madison, Florida 32340 to Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union, 1825 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida 32348. Following the Madison branch sale, it is contemplated that Citizens State Bank will continue to operate its other office locations and the Madison office will be operated as a branch office of Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union.
This Notice is published pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
