Bonus pay for teachers, faculty?

Faculty and staff at four local schools could receive a bonus in their March paychecks thanks to a state program that rewards schools showing improvements in their annual grade.

The 2014-15 Florida School Recognition Program Awards provides funds to schools based on the school grades earned during the 2013-14 school year, rewarding any school which earned an “A” as well as any which improved its letter grade from the previous year.
