    Clark marks 33 years with PPD

    It was 1981 when a buddy asked Vern Clark to ride with him to a small North Florida town for a job interview with the local sheriff’s office.

    At the time, Clark had no idea that 34 years later he himself would be wrapping up a long-standing law enforcement career in that same community.
