Swampwater sweep!

Don Bo (shown above) had several hundred reasons to smile: his family swept all three categories (soup, stew and chili) in the annual Swampwater Cook-Off at Saturday’s seventh annual Fiddler Crab Festival…and walked away with the grand champion prize. The win netted the family several hundred dollars in cash prizes as well as trophies and bragging rights for the coming year. Organizers estimate that some 8,000 people attended the festival, which spanned three days and whose pet-friendly atmosphere attracted a number of four-legged fans.
