Woman, 80, chastises city council

An 80-year-old woman took the Perry City Council to task Tuesday night over the “terrible shape” of the sidewalks circling the downtown area.

Anne Millinor related to council members that she tripped on a sidewalk and took a hard fall while visiting downtown two weeks ago.
