CERT training sessions offered

Taylor County Emergency Management is offering its second certification training program for Taylor County coastal residents. Residents of Jena and Dixie County are also welcome to attend.

Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a national and statewide initiative for local communities.

Two sessions are planned:
• Tuesday, March 10, 6-8 p.m. at Blue Creek Baptist Church, 21028 Beach Road;
• Thursday, March 12, 6-8 p.m. at Steinhatchee Community Center, 1013 Riverside Drive.
