SUV hits RV head-on

A Panama City man, 70, was killed Monday after crashing head-on with a RV land cruiser some 20 miles west of Perry on U.S. Highway 98.

James Thomas Long Jr. was pinned inside his 2013 GMC Terrain and was pronounced dead at the scene.
