Eulogio M. Vizcarra, MD, 72, of Perry, died March 4, 2015, at his home in Perry.

Christian Mass will be held Friday, March 6, at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Perry with Fr. Bernie Jakubco officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Burns Funeral Homes of Perry.
