    Taylor schools fare better than many during first week of new state exam

    With students and teachers across the state facing delays and glitches this week with the online portions of the new Florida Standards Assessment, the Taylor County School District faced fewer problems than most.

    According to Superintendent Paul Dyal, ninth grade students at Taylor County High School were attempting to take the English language arts exam in two computer labs on Monday, but testing administrators were unable to log onto the website which provides the online testing materials.
