Ann Grace McMillan Mothershed, 75, of Phoenix, Ariz., died on April 5, 2013.

A memorial service is scheduled at American Lutheran Church in Phoenix on Saturday, April 13, at 2 p.m.

The family requests, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Phoenix Rescue Mission or the Living Word Sowers in Phoenix.
