‘Dogs shut out Madison at Pace Field

Taylor County’s only senior player, Cameron Collins, drove in two runs with a single in the bottom of the fifth inning here Tuesday to propel the Bulldogs to a 2-0 district win over Madison.

It was the Bulldogs’ third straight shutout victory. This time junior pitcher Cole Wentworth got the honors giving up only 3 hits to the Cowboys while striking out 10 batters and walking two.
