Groundbreaking by year’s end?

BioNitrogen, the company working to build a $300 million urea fertilizer plant in Taylor County, expects construction to begin here by the end of the year.

Although the timeline for the plant has been pushed back several months compared to predictions made last fall, Perry City Manager Bob Brown said he was “pleased with the progress.”
