Perry Police Department (PPD) Chief Jamie Cruse credits the efforts of Sgt. Nellie Walker with facilitating the surrender of a Perry man wanted for attempted murder.
Andre Snowden, 34, turned himself in to law enforcement at the police department late Thursday night, March 19, without incident. He was immediately arrested on charges of attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and taken to the Taylor County Jail.
